User agreement
Short and up front: this is a game, you send money voluntarily and with nothing owed in return, you can lose it entirely, and nobody guarantees you a refund.
What this is
This is a GAME with real money. Not a deposit, not an investment, not a financial service. We are not a bank, a broker or a fund manager; we hold no financial-market licence and need none — because we provide nothing of the kind.
Taking part costs money. You send it voluntarily and with nothing owed in return — as a fee for taking part in the game, not as an investment for profit.
You can lose the money — all of it
There is no guaranteed return. Not a part, not the whole amount, not ever. When you send money, assume you will never see it again.
Winnings depend on how many people take seats under yours. That depends neither on us nor on you: we cannot bring anyone in and do not promise to.
We ran the game with a thousand participants and say it plainly: of those who paid, ROUGHLY THREE QUARTERS got nothing. About 14 people in a hundred got back more than they put in. This is not a “maybe” — it is how the game is built: four pay, one receives.
Do not send money you need. Do not borrow. Do not pledge your property.
What the “million” is in this game
The amount at the top is EVERYTHING that passed through a participant over twenty steps, and almost all of it is new seats, not cash in hand. What comes from the top as money is roughly one thousandth of that amount.
A seat at the top obtained anew brings nothing by itself: for it to close, four more people have to take seats under it and pay.
What we are responsible for, and what we are not
We are responsible for the game working by the rules described, for the money being counted correctly, and for a payout going out at your request when it is due to you.
We are NOT responsible for your result in the game, for the actions of other participants, for whether you bring anyone in or not, or for lost profit.
Your money is not insured. No state guarantees or reimburses it.
We do not promise that the game will run forever. It may be stopped — including at the demand of state authorities.
Who may take part
Adults only. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You are responsible for whether the laws of your country allow you to take part in such a game, and for paying taxes on what you receive.
One person — one account. Several accounts for one person break the game for everyone else, and such accounts are closed.
Honestly about the limits of this agreement
This agreement does not cancel what the law establishes. If the law gives you rights that are not here, the law applies, not this text.
We wrote it not to hide behind wording, but so that you decide knowing everything we know.
The Russian text of this agreement is the binding version; this translation is for reference.
